friends,your advise on stingy man in love

hi,friends, we all say true love is nothing to do with money. but there is also another saying goes:if a man lavish money on you, it does not really mean he loves you; while if a man don't want to spend money on you, it is ture that he doesn't really love you.
so friends, what do you think a man who is very stingy on his wife(girlfriend)?

If a man don't want to spend money on you, he might be saving for something or he is just testing you because most women now-a-day is only after for money, I mean no offense, you can't blame me because that is what I always see but I am not saying all, it is just mostly and my partner is not one of those.
If a man spend money on you too much, there is a possibility or sometimes there is something in exchange.
In my case, if I have money I always buy something for my partner for the reason that I enjoy seeing her happy. If I don't have money she doesn't force me to buy something. I only feel bad if she say "I like that" then I can do nothing about the thing she like. I am not a person who pretends that I have money just to impress someone.

Well,as you said,some men want to test women because now-a-days women are only after for money.But have you also heared that in women's eyes men are only for that thing?So they are from different planets and they different in thinking and too many aspects.
Actually, what i meant is how is a man who always says he will do this and that,but in the end,you find he have done nothing. I mean how is a man whose deed not support his words.Is this man testing you? Or he just say sweet words to take advantage of something of yours?

if true love exists in this day and age it is very lucky man or woman was only once and can be difficult but if someone stingy to the wife or girlfriend is definitely a lot of possibilities and I do not want to mention .
