reaction of receiving wrong calls or sms

Hello friend, if it is a call, i'll say to the caller that it's wrong number. If it is text message, i'll answer for sure but first will ask who is on the other side, because the message can be for me, just the one who sent it could send it from different number, because his phone is stopped. I love text messages and i love chatting by the phone. At the same time i have a friend, who never accept phone calls from unknown numbers. She never answer to messages from unknown numbers, i don't know why.

I get disappointed when someone calls me and I don't know that person. When someone sends a text message whom I don't know, I just ignore it. But when it comes frequently, I really get mad at this person. I got a call from an unknown person sometime and she called many times. I really got pissed that I didn't answer her next calls. It ended that it was a call for someone that was mistaken to be me.

If I got a phone call or SMS, from an unknown number, I will answer, and ask anyone who contacted me.

hi, when i received any wrong sent messages, i just ignore it and never reply to it, while wrong calls, sometimes i answered it, sometimes im not.

I usually tend to ignore wrong calls. I don't pick the call at all nor reply the messages.

Nothing. I don't reply them when they didn't state their names. Even it seems like an important message. Because I know if it is really intended for me, they will tell their name, and the reason why they sms or call me. If the unknown number is only looking for a textmate or phone pal. Then I'll only tell them I have no time for childish act and drama.

hello sameer! i have experienced so many missent messages and wrong calls in the past. Some of them are quite courteous and others are downright nasty. I treat each wrong calls and sms with courtesy, asking initially by text who is sending the message since they're not in my phonebook and if they really know it's me they're sending. Most of these wrong texters and callers often responded with a quick apology for the disturbance but there were some who were very nasty. They asked who am i in return and after telling them, they just snapped at me why i'm texting them which left me aghast since they're the one who first sent the message. other people just don't know Good manners and right conduct in phone conversations i guess.

I'm always disappointed when I get a wrong call. I normally just tell them they got the wrong number and that's that. I've never gotten a text from a wrong number. I have this thing where I get calls or texts from some of my sister's friends because her cell phone wasn't working for some time and she used my phone instead. I just tell her the message or give them my sister's phone number when they call me.

I don't often get wrong numbers, but I do get loads of cold callers! They are so annoying, and I normally don't answer it as I know they're number now. Buut if they call me on no number and I answer it I normally just hang up because they have no business phoning me anyway.
