Define 'Good Christmas' What is that to You?

I am looking at this as an outsider, I was raised in a secular/Christian home, meaning it was more about Santa than Baby Jesus. But by the time I was in my teens I wanted to be Jewish and by age 22? I was a Jew. I Still celebrate Christmas with my sister who is Christian. So to me a Good Christmas means we got the one thing that topped the Christmas list And we enjoyed a good dinner. And we did. I got what I wanted and gave what they wanted. To others a " Good Christmas" may mean that they got through dinner without an argument or fight or anyone walking out. to others they remained sober! Or they don't get hit. I did think about how devout Christians view the Secular Christmas. Thanks for this post.

A good Christmas is one that is spent with your family and friends. It hs been a reflection of a good year especially if you could aford to give gifts to them.

I guess it means having the family together...well for me, that's what good Christmas is. Cause you can't always have the family together during Christmas...something comes up, like...someone could be sick and could not make it..etc.

To me it means I get to be with my cousins, hang out and that's it.

I think a definition to me of a good Christmas would be to be together with your family having a nice dinner catching up with each other and just visiting and opening presents and for some to go to Church but it is not for everyone. I believe in God but I don't attend Church like when I was a child, I have stopped by to go inside and pray at times. I think every Christmas is good no matter what, well hope you had a good Holiday and Have a good day.
