Andrea Ranocchia joins Inter Milan

Inter Milan have been struggling through this reason and one important reason is the crumble of their wall Walter Samuel due to injury and now with the inclusion Ranocchia who has been in great form in this season is definitely going to be an important reinforcement for Inter at the back line.

I hope Inter will strike back next year. About Andrea, where is he from? Looking at his name, he is an Italian (another example: Andrea Pirlo, etc).

Indeed he is italian, he played in Genoa until he was transferred to Inter. As far as I know, he is a centre-back and maybe a right defender, but I don't know if he is good enough to earn a place in Inter.
