Well there is also downline builder site aka referral builder sites which you can try my favorite is downlinerefs i have joined referral builder site few months back and got over 5 referrals from each of them and most i get from downlinerefs which is good the key to get referral there is to provide highest credits than other users promoting the same program so the chances of getting one to join under you increases

Hi there Nelson 7 Lim!
Well, the best thing to do is to put up referral links wherever you can. Your blog, blog posts, forum signatures, but when placing referral links on your signature or forum posts, make sure that it's not against the forum's rules and regulations. The best thing to do is to not refer people to any site unless you can guarantee that the sites pay, like when you have actually received a payment from the site. Establishing a good reputation in referring will get people's trust and it would be easy to convince them to give other online money making schemes a try.

I spent 30 minutes to make a YouTube video. I uploaded it and spent around a few hours promoting the video. I uploaded the video around 8 months ago and it has earned me around 350 referrals for PrizeRebel as well as $50 worth of Amazon Gift Cards (pretty good for a few hours of work).
The video is approaching 20k views and still racks up some passive cash for me (estimated income: $5-10/month). YouTube is a great way to get referrals for your program and it does not take a long time at all to make one.

You need to use TE sites. Private message me and I'll refer you to some of the best ones in my opinion. :P I'll give you the traffic exchange sites where I've gotten a lot of referalls.
