I would like any kind of advise about a new site

I just saw a new PTC site (for me) called 1DollarNoAds.com. I wonder if the site can be tried as a way to earn as it says it has a low cashout. Anyone knows anything about this site? I wonder. I like to risk some work (not investment) n new sites and some pay off. But I would be happier if anyone knew something about it. Help!

Never heard of it. But I guess, it ssounds like its name, where the minimum payout would be 1 dollor worth venturing.
