I write for Helium.
It has a very supportive community that will help you with your writing skills.
There are several writers that use English as a second language and do ok with it.

Thanks for your information,toadsticker,i will try it later.
By the way, could you please specify this site for me?like: what kinds of articals they want you to write?is it hard to be qualified for the task? how much they will pay for each artical? or for 100 words?
Do you also pay by paypal like mylot? Will they update your earning every day?
Thanks!

1. Helium;
2. TRIOND;
3. Bukisa;
4. Associated Content
5. Squidoo; and
6. Hubpages
These are the sites I know that are reliable, though I have only tried TRIOND and HELIUM. Writing articles is a good way to earn money, but you must be able to attract traffic to your sites by joining forums and discussions.

I write for Triond mostly. There is also Bukisa, Hubpages, and Squidoo if you are up to it. It also depends on your goals and what you want to achieve. In some of these sites, you can write and promote products at the same time.
If you practice writing often, you will eventually improve your English. Make sure you get someone to check for mistakes for you. All the best!

Triond is the most popular writing site right now. But there is Bukisa as well and Wikinut. Im not yet starting with writing so i dont think I can give proper tips about writing yet. All I know is they do accept people even if english is not your mother tongue.
