Ethics only regulate behavior for the sake of harmonious relations between human beings. While morals assess the high or the low a person's ability to control himself in maintaining and improving the harmonious relationship between human beings. Ethics is defined as an unwritten rule, even though sometimes there are written. The main principle of ethics is not like a law which is a written rule that have sanctions, in ethics not there sanctions. Unlike the laws that regulate and produce the rules of punishment for offenders, the ethics of producing only the rewards, privileges and dignity. Offenders Ethics never punished and ethics violations are not violations of the law even though the law itself must be the product inspired by the ethical and should not be violated. So, although there are no penalties if you violate the ethics law, should you keep care and put full your attention to ethics

Ethics violates friendship and family relationships so yes I do take notice to always treat people fairly. I have this motto that you either treat me with respect, as I would you also, so anytime some one violates this, I feel that they have violated my trust and we can no longer relate. I am all for allowing second chances but I can assure that our relationship can no longer be quite the same.
