I am a accountantI am preparing a balance sheet but because of staff shortage and time pressures I cant complete it on time There is lot of common data with last years
which I need not retype and I can manage by editing last year’s balance sheet ? Is their any software on net where I can do this this easily??

Simply open last year's Balance Sheet, save it with a new name and then edit it to include this year's data.
This will work in whatever software you are using (though Excel or Open Office Calc would be sensible) provided it doesn't have many links to external files (which you would have to rename, edit and relink, of course).
