Link your bank account with your Paypal account. Once your bank account is linked, then will send your account two small amounts. (like Rs 0.32 and Rs 0.85)You need to enter this amount exactly in the verification page of your Paypal account after checking your bank statement. Then your account will be verified automatically. But I am not sure that still are they following this procedure for verification or not. But even without verifying my PP account, I have withdrawn more than 350 USD into my bank account , just year back. As my PP account is now verified, I am not able to check the options for verification. I believe still you can withdraw the amount to your bank account.

Very simple, just go any e-currency exchange site and exchange your paypal money with Western Union.

Your PayPal account has to be linked - and verified - to a credit/debit card or cashing account in order to transfer money between PayPal and your account.
Verification is very simple. PayPal will deposit two small amounts in the account you specify. Once you see these amounts on your statement, you enter them (as a four figure number) into the PayPal website and this confirms that you own (or have access to) that account.

When I first got started with paypal eventually I came across that same problem. If you talking about bank tansfers yes you will have to get your account verified. When I discovered this problem I cashed out through the check option. But you only can cashout a limited amount of money when your account is not verified. I got tired of knowing eventually that I would've reached my limitations with paypal so I had to make that next step to get it verified anyway. I called them if it was something I didn't understand on what to do. Yeah, I advise you to get it verified if you're gonna be depositing alot more transactions, also so you wouldn't have certain limitations. Once you get it verified you'll be able to use all your full sources on paypal without limitations.

Yes you can withdraw and deposit transaction with unverified accounts. But their is a limitation of I guess $500 per month. But if you verify your paypal account this limitation will be lifted. Its very easy to verify the paypal account. You can verify that through your credit or debit card. But the easiest one is through you bank account. If you request for bank verification paypal will send smaal amounts to your registered bank account. Then you have to check your bank statement, find the small deposits and update this small deposits to paypal and thats it. Your paypal account will be verified.

You can receive money in your unverified paypal account but you can not send money as long as you get verified and even you cant withdraw money from your unverified account. So it is necessary to get your account verified first. Happy mylotting. Regards, harry.
