Is it true that if someone is having a saturation point, or feel bored with something that is a sign that the person is not grateful? how to remove so as not to feel bored?

Eliminate boredom started when you want to control your mind, forget your problems and think about new life, make yourself excited, and do not be weary when facing problems, as you ward off ennui, close your eyes and adjust your breathing, think about the beauty of God's creation and what god has given us thankful .. whatever happens would look new and beautiful ..

Learning new things, trying news things then you will be refreshed.
For me, I shall rest for a while by having a tour to other places.
After returning from the vacation, I am sure I shall be better.
In my passed experience, once I repeated my regular works, I should getting bored again.
As a result, I should have a vacation regularly, just to keep myself fresh and good.
