Set the time was very difficult. But I always try to use the best possible time. I tried not to delay work, so the job does not accumulate. And try not lazy.

Managing time is only half the chore, you have to set your priorities and stick to the order of your priorities. Once you have established or ranked your priorities, do tasks according to how your priorities are ranked, or set schedules for your tasks. For example, you have project 1, project 2 and project 3. Project 1 has the highest priority, proj.2 has the 2nd priority, and so on. Let's say you have 4 hours set for priority 1, 3 hours for priority 2 and 1 hour for priority 3. or maybe, 2 days for priority 1 and 1 day each for priority 2 and 3. Managing your time depends on how long a priority has to become a priority, for example, in the projects above, priority 1 would need to be completed in 2 days time and priority 2 and 3 is not to be completed until after a month, you could dedicate your time mostly on priority 1 until it's finished then you can do priority 2 and 3. It could also be that your priorities are not "task" oriented. For example your top priority in life is your family, followed by work. If there's a time wherein you need to pull in extra hours but there's an important family gathering, you will weigh your priorities properly, which is more important, attending the gathering or working overtime? You have to be able to judge which has more impact in your life.

Know your priorities, and make a list. Stick to your list.
