Tan Kah Kee is the name of a person, Nan Chiau Jit Pao is a newspaper.

Well I think you used almost 3 time word "the" in the title which seems to me little ackward. I think First and last are not necessary so you can use like, "Political Stance and Activities of Tan Kah Kee at The Beginning of Post Second World War - a Perspective from Nan Chiau jit Pao".

or it should be " from a perspective of Nan Chiau Jit Pao"
