You know I was actually wondering that Agee days ago lol. I'm scared to try ice-cream because I had heard that I'll catch a cold or a flu as it is cold and because winter is already cold you can catch flu so with ice-cream you se doubling your risk. I have never actually tried it though. Would want to but with a 7 month old baby I don't think I can afford to take the risk

Eating ice cream in the winter will not affect your health, unless of course you were to eat nothing but ice cream. Seriously, eating cold food in cold weather will not harm you.

There is nothing wrong with eating ice cream any time of the year as it is very good for those sore throats that we all get.I think that there are alot of people that eat ice cream all times of the year.I have never come to any harm neither have anyone i know eating ice cream in the winter.

No, there should be no serious health issues. At least I hope that there are no serious health issues. There have been numerous times that I have eaten ice cream in the winter time. I am perfectly fine all things considered. Still in the winter, it does not taste as good as the summer, but still, it is really not all that bad. So no, I doubt very much that there are any serious health concerns to be had by eating ice cream. As far as I know at least.

I always enjoy Ice cream during winter season. As such there is no negative impact of it on health but make it sure you already have no health related issue like common cold or sore throat. If you are completely fit then carry on !

I have never heard of any health issues or concerns pertaining to eating ice cream or anything cold for that matter during the winter.
I personally love ice cream during the winter as well as shakes. People sometimes look at me and tell me how I can eat something so cold when these type of temperatures, but I love it. Don't take me wrong I love drinking hot coffee or cocoa in the morning hours when I wake up, but during the afternoon hours or evening hours I prefer ice cream if I had the choice.

From my experience, I can say that nothing will probably happen. I ate a lot of ice cream this winter. It was below the freezing point outside. I usually ate it shortly after I returned from the store. Nothing ever happened to me. I remained healthy. Though, I must say that I was careful about my health and tried to keep warm most of the time. Nonetheless, the ice cream did not cause any health problems, but you might want to be careful and eat it slowly rather than fast.
