How can you upload a picture onto a myLot discussion?

I've read that you can make an extra cent on myLot by uploading a picture onto a discussion, but I can't figure out how to do that. I don't know if there is a certain rating that you have to be to do this or if i'm just not seeing the right button. Can anyone help me?

Once you already finished typing your created discussion.DONT hit the button " START DISCUSSION " instead look at the left of the discussion content you will see ADD AN IMAGE.
