Many women experience premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Symptoms of abdominal cramping, headache, emotional instability, and a certain desire often occurs before a woman's monthly cycle.
PMS is a peak period occurring during a few days before menstruation. During this period the hormone progesterone to rise and trigger emotional disorders. They became faster sad, anxious, and angry.
What does your body feel? The feeling of what you experience today? What triggers those feelings?

I bought a book a year ago on Chinese medicine for women. It is written by a practicing female Chinese doctor who combines alternative medicine and treatment with modern western medicine. I have followed her advice during my heavenly flow and found that when I follow it I get have no issues. I rest during my time, and eat foods high in protein such as lentils, and beef. My husband is actually very good during my time and will do all the strenuous housework for me. I do what I need to do to conserve my Chi.
