Its been weeks since my cat's death,so Im kinda reminiscing the days my cat spent in this world. My cat have a love hate relationship to my dog (who passed away 2 years ago) Sometimes she is sweet with my dog and sometimes she is aggressive againts my dog. My cat is afraid of my Iguana though, she doesnt mess with my Iguana, which is a good thing I think. She is kinda murderous to other animals though.

I cant help it, I commented in your pet's picture because they look so sweet. About my cat, Its a long story but my nasty neighbors and their love birds have something to do with it. My cat and dog wont eat on the same bowl, they will end up killing each other.

My two males will scrap with eachother but wil allow my german shepard to groom them. They over the years have formed a pack/pride as I call it. I recently got a pair of male guinea pigs and after my german shepard got too sniffy and ended up getting bit on the nose (no blood drawn) she treats them like neuclear weapons. My cats are wary of the guinea pigs and honestly I like it that way. Makes me worry less that they'd try and make a meal out of them.

When my cat is younger she sleeps at the top of my dog but as days gone buy she started to get aggressive with her. I use to have hamsters and my cat murdered one of them. My cat is also responsible for the murder of my neighbor's lovebirds.

Its no wonder why she got aggressive and 'murderous' to other animals. That is the downfall of allowing a cat to be an indoor/outdoor cat. They are exposed to fighting and aggression with other animals over territory and food. They also have to hunt small prey (like mice and smaller birds) in order to get food. This lies in their nature but is fostered and grown through letting them go outside. I would suggest if you get another cat to make sure this one stays an indoor pet and you should have far less problems.

I was considering to have a cat again but i will make sure my new cat wont be aggressive, I will try a male cat for a change but i will have him spayed so he wont runaway, I know male cats have tendencies to runaway when in heat.

My family has three cats right now. Only one of them really likes other animals. She is always messing with the others. I think she has a great sense of humor. We also have a dog who tries to play with the cats, but he's a big dog and the cats don't appreciate it much.

I dont know but I notice usually its the cats who start fights with dogs. Dogs actually try to make friends with them and play but cats are haters.

I am sorry to hear about your cat I have many pets: A dog, a cat, a guinea pig and 6 rabbits. I had the cat before I got the cat and in the beginning they were always fighting. When the dog got too close to the cat, she became aggressive. The dog often chased her around the house and he often barked at her. Now a year and a half has passed and their relationship has changed. Most of the time they get along just fine and they even eat of the same bowl sometimes. My cat ignores the rabbits, but she is very interested in the guinea pig. She once tried to get through the cage, and the guinea pig got very scared. Now I keep the guinea pig in a separate room and the cat is not allowed to go there.

Dont let me visit your house....because I dont see Rabbits and Guinea pigs as pets...I'm Peruvian(devil avatar)(Joke I dont eat pets of someone else, I eat the ones from free range farms.) Its kinda lonely now that the only pets I have are fishes. My cat and dog usuaally gets along but my cat always try to bully the dog, she is a bad girl but I dont know I love her as a child of my own. I do believe pets helps hum,ans to be better parents. Its kinda lonely that the only pets I have left are fishes and an Iguana, fishes are kinda unaffectionate and iguana...too serious. I love my Iguana though, she will be 10 years old 2 years from now. I do have friends and I'm in a relationships but we cant deny we need pets.

Hello Captain-Albert, It must be hard loosing some one you have dearly loved for so many many years. I don't know what would I do at first if anything happens to my cat. My dog is a it more aggressive to my cat since he is a big now but can play fight back with my large dog. My cat is a quiet one but I haven't seen my cat fight besides my dog whom he play fights with. I only see him at a distance with my dog but snuggles with her at night (when am not around that is). I am so sorry for you're cat, I do hope you give her a proper burial.

We have several cats. They don't always get along with each other. They can be quite jealous when they want to be. We also have a dog. None of the cats will bother her. When it's feeding time, they are all happy to be together.

In my case when I have to feed my dog, I lock my cat in a room so she wont bully the dog. My dog dont mind if my cat eats, she only eats in her own bowl.
