What is e5'er? How to make money there?

Hello Mylotters, I hope you all had a great Christmas day. Recently I read in a news blog about e5'ers. I have only a little knowledge about the site. When I first visited the site - it was undergoing some database update or so and could not get it. Now its up but I am unable to understand it fully. It has a 'how it works' article ( http://efiver.com/how.php ) It looks like we can make money if we offer some basic online services, but I don't have a payment account. I can write articles, comments etc and I am ready to offer the services, but don't know how to get my payments. Can anybody advice me on this? Thank you. Have a great New year!
