What is the criteria for choosing the richest man in the world????

there are a whole lot of people who do not take the their earned money to the bank and therefore no records on their accounts and also the do not expend their moneys lavishly..so what objective requirement or criteria is set by Forbes and other sites to determine who the richest man in the world is. most pile up their money in their houses

Hi,Practically speaking there are 2 types of richest persons based on their behaveour and money they earned...
The first type is very easy to identify by calculating their annual income.There are few people whose income is low,but their helping nature is too high and they stood in the lives of so many people as God.

I don't think there is one because to be the richest man in the world you would have to have billions of pounds or dollars and personally don't really see people hiding that much money at home.
