hi,It's a hard question to answer,because it is hard to decide how much money is more than enough to run business and construct house.If you feel that when you confirm that the money you had is more than enough to run business smoothly,then you can decide to construct house.

I think i'll go the house since it will be great help for securing the future of my family. Having a business will be a great risk and does not mean immediate success. I can just work hard again and have a business of my own in the future. :)
