"Thanks for your shouting at me..."

Recently, I've wacthed at a news on TV. A governer is trapped in an embarrassed environment. He was on a street promoting the government's new policy. A citizan ran out and questioned him with boiling anger. The governor was silence at first. Then, he said "thank you!" "Thanks for what!" the citizen asked at once. "Thanks for shouting at me so loudly."the governor replied with a rigid smile. I also smile, for other reason.
Do you the government today can do much better? As the world are changing to the stage that I dislike., will the economic will be save by their policy or what? What do you Think?

there are people who still never shout even someone shout to them,and still no governor shouted in the citizen,but there are some politician who always shout,i really hate when someone shout either in private and public places still it is disgusting.
