I used to go to Chuck Baldwin's church. My mom still goes to that church, but Chuck has left Crossroad Baptist Church to go to Montana, supposedly to start another church up there.
Before he left, he tricked the trustees of Crossroad into signing a document which promised Chuck a $4000/month salary, even though he no longer serves Crossroad in any capacity.Apparently, they had discussed some kind of retirement plan, and he told the trustees that's what they were signing, and they believed him because they believed him to be a man of God. The new pastor has talked to a Christian legal organization about the issue, and they have stated that Chuck doesn't have a legal leg to stand on.
I've also found out that he had been using the church offerings to buy his houses and cars, too. I don't mean that he paid for things out of his salary which was paid for by offerings. This is in addition to the salary he was paid for being the pastor of Crossroad.
By the way, he got Crossroad Baptist Church to buy his house in Montana. although in his newsletter in which he claimed that God had called him to go there, he was making it seem like he was going there with nothing but the clothes on his back, and he was going to have to start over.

If that's true...and I'm not saying it's not,I'm sure we will be hearing about his arrest since a lot of that is illegal.

I would hope that Crossroad would report it. Otherwise it's just a he said they said kind of thing. I will keep an open mind about it even though i voted for the guy.

Even though Libertarians and Constitutionalists have things in common. I don't think they would be running mates because of the difference the two parties have on certain parts of the Constitution. The Constitutionalists support a Christan founding while Libertarians don't also Ron Paul is one of the most Libertarian politicians in the Congress.
Also Ron Paul is for Gay Rights as he believe it to be a non issue.
So Ron Paul wouldn't pick Chuck Baldwin because of the difference in Homosexual rights and other issues of personal liberty.

What you say is true but I do know Ron was considering running on the costitution party ticket in 08. I'm not sure how serious it was. Probably not real serious because he wasn't one of the finalists at the convention.

Yeah I don't see Ron being able to pull their support behind him I mean he is for individuals rights.
