With the discussions asking for ONE word responses! Do you not realize you dont get paid for one word responses? To make any money your responses have to be AT LEAST 4 lines! Stop this nonsense and TAKE THE TIME to post quality discussions and replies. This is getting RIDICULOUS!

Hi. Although I am in total agreement with what you say, I also understand what is happening here. These sometimes silly pointless questions and the 1 or 2 word answers are coming mainly from people who's English is very basic. They obviously cannot read the terms/faq etc properly or even the posts which go betong ask "How is your mother".. It is their loss unfortunately. Having said that though. As this is a free program they will bebweeded out over time because they will not see points/earnings accumulate in their accounts and will then leave. New people will come in and the process will start again.

maybe the guidelines should be in more languages so people who don't speak English can understand them.

Bravo for starting this discussion but i have a feeling that things are going to be the same as well. What we can do is to stop responding to their discussions. That is why i prefer to stick to responding to most of my friends' discussions.

I agree that there needs to be an end to the 1-word responses. They're just rediculous. I didn't know your posts had to be 4 lines to get paid though. I guess I just didn't realize that. I usually make my posts pretty long...but not always more than 2 lines. I'm glad I know how long my posts have to be now.

I think you might be wrong there and even if you do is it worth it A discussion is not just a one word thing unless it is a silly one and I avoid those ones I will only respond to ones that are worth answering and it does state in the Guidelines about your Answers to so if you go and read them you will see

I hear ya girl! I am right there with ya... But there are also discussions/questions out there that are worded like that.. It's funny but I just ignore those discussions. :) P.S. I am giving you a plus to you just for this discussion! I am also giving pluses to most of the people in this discussion, hopefully they do the same for me. :)

Yes I totally agree with you. I posted a long discussion about all the bad advice and discussions on here. New members are getting the wrong message and most of the members on here don't bother to read the guidelines or just don't follow them. It is a myth that you have to write at least 4 lines but it's true about the one word replies. Quality responses and comments are what make the most money on here. Discussions about age are supposed to be deleted but I guess myLot staff can't get over reading all the discussions so unless other members report discussions that aren't according to the guidelines, they will continue.
