I hate facebook new looks!

Hello Insulin! I definitely agree with you! Good thing it's optional. When I first saw the transformation from one of my friends' account, I really didn't like it in any way at all! I never changed how my profile looks up until now. I don't care if everybody on Facebook change their profile look and upgrade to the new one even if I was the only member left with an old profile look! Lol. I admit it does "suck". Yes,just like you, I prefer the old style, my daughter keeps on insisting that the new style is better but no, I don't agree with her. We;;, I guess users have different taste and Facebook is changing to accumodate their billions of users preferences!

I also agree I do not like the new profile look. They also took out some things when they went to the new look that disappoints me. I will not change unless they force it on me.

I find it much more cumbersome to work with actually. SOme of the features are kind of nice, but overall it's more difficult to navigate. But I am a half a century old so it could just be that I don't like change! lol!

My understanding is that pretty soon no one will have a choice. I understand from admin over there that they will not be allowing us to have choices so figuratively speaking a free site we do not have much of a choice.

i have seen a few of my friends have changed over to it. and since i havnt heard anything good about it from them. i dont like it at all and really hoping it wont just change over 1 day soon.but to be honest i dont spend has much time on there anymore cos i have been using the social networks that way you to use them. but i guess like with any site out there they will always be looking update and change things so if we want to keep using it we will just have to deal with it!

hi insulin I did join facebook not too long ago but for some reason it just doesnt do for me like mylot. So I do not know much about my own profile as I am not all that thrilled with face book. I am sure it must have a lot of good points but I have nothad time for both right now. I am behind here and am wondering when I am going to get caught up.

Greetings :) It is funny that I did post a discussion about this a few ago already. Anyhow, I do love the new look of Facebook. I find it more sophisticated. This update however is better than the last one for one good reason: they didn't impose it on us automatically. Over time, I think you will learn to like it.

As of today, I still have not upgraded my Facebook page, I personally don't like I prefer the older version which I currently still have. Even though, I have heard positive things about, I just don't like it. The good thing is that the upgrade is not mandatory, hopefully that won't change.

I have already changed my profile layout on facebook but I'm not satisfied with it. I like the old look better. If only I can change it back but there's no option to do so.
