decided to make change out of the till this morning so that the person delivering her lunch wouldn't have to break a $20. Nevermind that it would put or drawer in a bind.

That doesn't make any sense. Was she paying the delivery person with a $20? If so she could have changed the $20 from the cash drawer, then paid. So instead she just stole the money for her lunch from the cash drawer and didn't put any back?? Delivery people always have change too, by the way.

No she didn't steal it but she change it in our drawer before the delivery person got there so they wouldn't have to change it.
She does that often...like delivery people don't carry change or something.
Then our boss has to go to the bank and get us change again.

The boss ought to tell her that cash drawer is not her personal change machine, and make her go to the bank for change!

my thought also, but it doesn't happen.
She has to have something on him because he lets her get away with tons of stuff.
She should have been fired long ago.
