What games are you looking forward to coming out this year?

Does anyone know of some great games coming out this year?
I personally love first person shooters. I currently play COD black ops and am really excited about killzone 3 coming out this year. I played the second one and would have to say they really know how to design a great product. There isn't another game out there that can even come close to their online multiplayer. Anyhow I would really appreciate any suggestions for upcoming games.

Although it's already been released, I'm still seriously excited for scraping up enough money to buy Marvel vs Capcom 3. From what I've played of it, it's a fantastic beat 'em up backed by a strong community.
Killzone 3 and Gears of War 3 are two others I have my beady eye on. Killzone 3 has been receiving solid reviews and I've yet to be disappointed in Gears of War.

All those are supposed to be sweet, plus you can throw in resistance 3.
I wish games wouldn't get rid of the epic boss fights that end a game, gears 2 did and so did killzone 3.
