Is anyone trying to sell their house in this "slower" housing market?

I'm a real estate agent and things are pretty slow here, just wondering if anyone has their house on the market currently and what the traffic has been to see it?!

The market has slowed down in South FL in the past 6-8 months. Before that, houses in our development were selling like hotcakes. Now, they will sit for months without anyone even coming to look at them...or coming to look and not buying. This worries me some since we will retire next year and plan to sell and move ourselves. I don't mind coming down on price since these homes have more than tripled in value since we had ours built in 1990, but I don't want to give it away either. We have at least 4 homes for sale now in our neighborhood. There will probably be more listed since the insurance companies are raising rates from 55%-300%+ starting next March. I know plenty of people who say they won't be able to afford insurance, and you have to have insurance if you have a mortgage. And who wouldn't want insurance in Florida anyway???
