my little brother now is still a middle school student, but he tends to go on overboard one subject--English. but his math, and Chinese are so bad. how to overcome that? i am really worried about that. That will affect the result of entrence of exam. maybe will failed to go to a good college.
i know my parents have no idea about this, because they are not educational ,even i love them more than everything and everyone. what they can do is to offer some encouragement to my brother. and i wanna help him substaincially.
anyone wanna offer me an advise. Thanks.

It's good that you thought about it and felt an urge to help your brother because some would just rather ignore how their siblings are doing in school. I think you should talk to your brother about it. But he might be sensitive about it so don't pressure him too much and just mildly pass to him the message or a hint about his situation. Just ask or mention it out of nowhere - that maybe he should try putting more effort in the other subjects. Maybe, he is really having a hard time with some of the Math or Chinese lessons and if yes, try getting your parents involved in having some educational assistance/tutorial for your brother. Or if you are knowledgeable in those topics, you, yourself, can try tutoring your brother. You may not get your brother instantly interested in the other subjects, but letting him know that you care for him through these ways is already a good start.
