After cleaning it with running water, I just steam it and dip it in cheese. Yummy!

Hello, I used to buy broccoli unwrapped and prepared it by washing it in running water. Then I would steam it. Few months ago, I read that buying vegetables frozen in the packet keeps in the vitamins. Now I buy it frozen in the packet and I must admit that it tastes much nicer. Try it and see!!!

My mother just cleans them in a bowl of hot water. Just dip it there for like 5 minutes. Then that's it. The brocolli will come out half-cooked and still crunchy.

Broccoli is quite versatile and can be used many ways. You can boil it and then put a cheese sauce on it, or even steam it and then add a cheese sauce if you prefer. You can make broccoli cheese soup or cream of broccoli soup. It even makes a good addition to some casseroles and is also wonderful raw in a salad. Hope these ideas help.
