do you think recipes from the internet are true?

i have cooking and baking class..
my professors tell us
to not or never get a recipes from the
internet because they are not true
or the ingredients and procedure are correct
but not the measurement of each ingredients.
and by monday we are going to bake a tart and pie
since this season is very rush
i have only 4 days, and still dont find recipes
i dont have a choice but to find
recipes on the internet
would you help me baking site
which you know and trusted
please..
i will give you my pie and tart
after.. haha "D

I think your professor is generalizing things. I do share my learned and tried recipes in my blog. Check that out in my profile page for the link. I use to find good recipes online and tried them successfully. No one will have the time to type the wrong recipes.

Sometimes it's true if your lucky :p
but sometimes it's not true..
If you search some recipes, and you have get one recipes, you must try and don't forget to modify that recipes. I think with the modify, you will get the best result of the tart for example :D

Well, there are veritable sites that can be trusted, but since your teacher doesn't want you to research on the internet, why don't you go to the library and look for cook books? And to test your teacher's hypothesis, why don't you try downloading cooking instructions from a random internet site and try comparing it with what you will find from the library?
