Hey i have found some apps that saves me money using my iPhone. I use Heywire to send text messages free internationally and in the US also there is text4Free and both of those allow you to send and receive text text4free only do domestic texting. i also use Foo call for international calling and i also use vonage mobile for domestic calling vonage mobile is free domestic calling and foo call is like using a calling card low rates. you can also use google voice to make domestic call for free these are some that i used Let me know if they're others that you may have used. these services will use your data plan if you are not connected to wifi.
