Hey question for some of you. I have been having this burning back pain for about a month. I can't bend backward very far and I can't bend forward almost at all. I can but it hurts and sometimes burns like the dickens. I started sleeping on a crappy bed a few months ago but I have since changed beds thinking the pain would go away. It hasn't. I can't think of what else could be causing it. I sing and cannot afford to have this problem, literally. Take care all and have a wonderful holiday! Keep up the great work on mylot

If I were you I would go to see a doctor or a masseur - that's a quick way to get rid of the pay, pain relieve after this visit don't last long though. If you're desiring a long-term solution you should take up either dancing or tai chi or something like that. I know it sounds ridiculous but it will pay off. You will learn the right standing posture and the right way to breathe and you will be having fun.

If I were you, I'd go see a chiropractor. People talk smack on them, but those people have obviously never been to one.

It is time you consulted a doctor regarding this. This back ache could be due to many reasons. I feel an analgesic along with good back exercises can solve your problem. So don't delay and meet a doctor who can advice you with the correct remedy. Welcome to mylot and happy mylotting.

I gave up on studying medicine when I heard about "referred" pain. That is a situation in which you feel pain in one area of your body, but the pain you feel is actually coming from someplace else. You had better find out what is going on. Quickly!
