I have been hiking in New Zealand and they call it tramping. I took my backpack and my tent and went along the beautiful walking tracks. I liked seeing the beautiful beaches and it was interesting to work out low tide times for crossing the rivers. I have walked up three different mountains in my lifetime so far.
Mountain Adventure and Expedition Cove are some names likely for travel companies.

I would say that it depends upon what part of the world you are in. In the west backpacking is often used with hiking and camping, while Trekking is considered to be walking from one place to another place that may or may not involve camping.
If you use Adventure it makes me think of you advising me on where to go for a vacation. Expidition is more of the trip that is planned and lead by a person that you pay.
