I saw some tasks that requires me to download some software and install them in my computer for approval, i think that may get virus in my computer, i don't want to take the risk doing that. What do you think?

You are absolutely right i never do tasks which requires me to install some king of software on my pc which runs in background.its very risky as many sites turns scams without any signs of so i personally would not like any scammer install any stuffs in my pc

I personally don't risk doing the tasks that require an application DL, on my PC or phone. risk vs reward isn't there to me.Possibly mess up my Few hundred dollar machine to earn a few cents.
I also don't like to do any of the offers that want access to my FB info, so many of those apps and games are complete wastes anyways. Then they try to spam me or my friends, again just not worth risk vs reward.
But tasks like writing, or sharing a link(assuming it's decent) and that type of stuff are no risk tasks so I tend to stick with them.

Usually the websites that want you to download or buy something usually don't work. The only one that I found that actually worked was cashgopher. I'm not sure if it will pay but i have heard that people were payed so im gonna try it. I ran it through a virus scanner and it had no viruses.
