Im looking to some fellow mylotters for some motivation

I used to be so disciplined about getting some physical exercise in each day, usually in the way of a 30 min walk and 30 min trip to the gym. Since the move I haven't done a darn thing =( So i was thinking it'd be great if any of you out there wanted to start getting exercise in to your day too. maybe we could hold each other accountable and post on mylot what we did each day. My fist step is going to be at least walking each day. So I hear by swear to all of my mylot friends that I soldierswifee will take at least a 30 min walk tmrw morning! Anyone with me? I'll be back to this post tmrw to tell you how I did. Wish me luck!

I too am looking for motivation on getting up and exercising more. My plan is to do at least a 30 min video of some type I have so many and there are a ton free on sparkpeople I will be checking back to see how you are doing and tell you if I have gotten off my bum.

Hi soldierswifee, much that I would like to walk tomorrow, I can't. The air will be polluted with firework smoke and i couldn't breathe that. But I do commend you for your will to do the walking. It helps not just the body but the soul. I promise to walk sometime after tomorrow and will advise you of the things I see and the thoughts that I've gathered. Till then, TATA! Happy New Year!

hello, i did take a walk but not as long as i wouldve liked. I got so caught up in the new year I forgot my commitment to document my walks since then lol. Well so far so good ive been steady in my walks for the last couple of days anyway. wish me luck!
