They have never required a screen shot from me for any one of my payments. I agree with you that onbux is as legit as neobux. I will say though that there are many other sites as good as those. I am also a member of onbux and I don't think they require you to post your payment screenshot. However, it's a good way to show others the proof, so that they know the site is legit and great.
