At the same time the last year, I had nothing to do. I just stay at home sleeping. But I don't wast the time this year. What should I do? I really wanna have a change. For the short three days, what can I do ?

First of all, write down all the things you achieved last year. Don't forget even the little achievements and don't think about or dwell on what you didn't achieve.
Then write down all the things that you want to achieve this year. Be realistic but optimistic. If you have heard of SMART goals, put that into practice; if you have not, then read about setting SMART goals here: http://www.goal-setting-guide.com/goal-setting-tutorials/smart-goal-setting
That is all you ought to do for the first day. Take frequent breaks to do other things but keep thinking about your goals and keep a notebook handy.
On the second day, start a 'to do' list. Write down the tasks you think you can achieve that day (and link them to your 'goals', if possible). Every day you should do something that furthers at least some of your main goals though there will be other things, of course, that will be daily and immediate tasks.
Some people advocate making a picture book (or a poster that you can pin on your wall) of your goals. Find pictures from magazines which illustrate what you want to achieve and paste them onto a large sheet of paper where you see it frequently.
FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS!
Every day, read through your list of goals (or look at your 'goals poster') first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Make them part of the way you think and you will be surprised, after a week or so, how opportunities will jump out at you, as if by magic.
By the third day you should begin to feel organised and enthusiastic about your system and you should even have taken a few steps towards even your biggest goals. You should now be able to ask yourself of anything you are doing "What goal is this working towards?" (some goals have many steps and each little step will take you some way up what may seem a huge mountain!). Make a chart, if you like, for the larger goals and colour in each step!

Thank you very much for giving detailed steps that should be taken. I will try to write down all the things I achieved in 2010. I know what you mean. I should learn something from the last year. The website you gave me http://www.goal-setting-guide.com/goal-setting-tutorials/smart-goal-setting I have had a look. it is really great!
