try these methods, simple but will work.
1. Drink a glass of water every hour ( great for slimming)
2. Green tea without sugar ( 2-3 cups a day)
3. most fruit juices except chikoo & banana are slimming. ( grape & pomegranate are recommended). These have to be unsweetened juices.
you will see results soon.

Okey,great tips...I think I need to weigh every day to see how effective this method is. Actually I'm not fat,I'm just very conscious of my vs and I don't want my favorite clothes dumped.

I dont recommand you the slimming drinks and tea because they all are harmful for our health, eat green tea regularly, you will see the result in one month regular drink, and also drink plenty of water not cold, and drink one glass lukewarm water with a spoon of lemon juice before breakfast, they all are natural and have no side effects, and you see results soon, good luck and happy new year.
