Is it true, love brings misery? or Is it "true love" brings misery? I believe many people mistake the feeling of love with the desire of "want." When people want something that makes them feel good about themselves or makes them feel like a better person they often mistake the feeling as love. Comments like "he/she makes me feel special" or "when I'm around them I feel complete" the expression me/I "feel" is evidence that it not truly love. When people have lost something that makes them feel good, like a possession, it causes pain and misery. True love does not have that possessive triat, and is not selfish, people can't lose love because we can always have it even if the person we love does not return the feeling.

I think that is what makes love so beautiful- even if it brings misery and problems sometimes, people still go through with it since it also brings them happiness and contentment. If you don't love, you won't be happy- I think. It is better to have loved and gotten hurt than not experience its joy at all.
