Bye Bye 2010 and welcome 2011!!
I am determined to get a grip on my lifestyle this year and am starting today on a good healthy eating regime!
I will eat three good healthy meals with no processed foods and up my fruit and vegetable consumption.
Have you got any changes planned for your lifestyle this New Year?

I too must get my head into gear and try to lose some weight and get a little fitter.
As I am getting older I am finding it more difficult to shift the weight despite my appetite falling. With dodgy knees and one thing and another I'm not getting the exercise I should too. Once this freezing is less of a threat we will be able to open the pool and then I can get some swimming done, I am determined to do increasing amounts of lengths everyday!!

For me,I'm determined to spend less time in front of the computer and do more outdoor exercise. Good health is everything. I think everyone should pay attention to his/her health condition. It's said that to develop a new habit you need to repeat doing a thing continuously for 21 days. May you succeed in your regime!

Good luck to you too in your exercise routine.
I think it is very important thatwe all look after ourselves and the bodies we have been given.

New Year, fresh start! I like your new healthy eating regine Mandy - stick to it and it will work for you; determination is the key, and you sound like you have that!
Myself, I haven't set myself a healthy eating regine as such, but just one to eat more sensibly and smaller portions.
I am also determined to write more this year; I slacked off last year, so I am determined to roll my sleeves up and really get down to it.
