Oh my! You got 50 referrals? Wow! You must be earning quite a lot from them!! Congrats! I only have a badge for 5 referrals, August and October Specials, 200 published articles, and 200,000 impressions! Yippee!
I'm also hoping to get the December specials badge too!

I actually have 93 referrals! But the next badge isn't till 100, so I have just a few more to go until I get it! Haha, I wish I was earning a lot from them! Of my 93, only about 30 of them have submitted any content at all! And of those, only a small handful are still active.

93 referrals!!! That's superb! I'm wondering how much you are getting from them. It may not be much, but it adds up to your bottomline. Out of the 5 referrals I have, only 1 or 2 are active. Another one only write one article. The other two has not submitted any content.

So far I've only gotten 1-2 cents total from my referrals! Which is still better than nothing I guess! I think this is mostly because most of my referrals are photographers and only submit photos to Picable... and photos don't earn nearly as much as articles do. But many of my more recent referrals have been publishing articles, so hopefully I'll see an increase in my referral earnings in 2011!

I view each badge that I get as an accomplishment, a step forward in my career as a writer. So far I have 5 badges and hope also to get the Dec bonus badge. I only have 12 articles to go to get the 100 article article badge. My goal is to get that in January. Only 12 articles to go. I'll get that done by January 15th unless a major situation develops.

I got my December badge and $2.69 with it! Now to get the 100 article badge this month.

I love it as well! I have one for 20 published articles, and almost one for 5,000 impressions. I also have the August and October Special badges. And if everything goes right, I'm going to receive the December Special badge as well. :)
You're so lucky with 50 referrals. :O I don't even have one. :P

Badges are quite a motivator for the writer. I got a few badges and am always aiming to get more badges. I have the fifty articles badge, the 2000 page impressions view and the December 2010 Special badge. I love the December 2010 Special badge. It really looks very cool.
I don't have any referrals yet since I don't even have a referral link since I've just started to write for Triond in December 2010 and still awaiting my first payment. I think after my first payment then I would get my referral link and may start to invite my friends.
