Side Sleeper
When you feel comfortable with side sleeping, you should tilt the body to the right. like sleeping on your stomach, sleep on his side to the left will burden the heart with your weight. at the same time, the heart still pumping blood. this resulted in exhaustion of the heart can be fatal in the long term.
Sleep on your back
Sleepin on your back very well when you have back pain. Insert a pillow under knee leg beneficial to reduce the burden on the lower back.
Sleeping on his stomach
This is the worst sleeping position for pressing the heart, lungs and abdomen. However if for any reasonyou have to sleep on his stomach, use a pillow under your stomach and waist. Avoid use of pillows at the head or reduce its size because it will suppress your neck.

There is no proof for any of these ideas. People sleep any way that's comfortable for them, and most of them manage to survive to old age without any heart problems. In fact, most people change position many times a night without any problems. Trying to sleep in just one position mostly results in waking up stiff and sore. Also, there may be physical reasons why a person *can't* sleep in one of the positions that's supposedly more healthy.
