Different people will take different steps to maintain their physic...so what you are doing...

To make my body fit I have totally changed my life style. Every morning I do cardio for 15 minutes. I avoid eating junk food. If i have to eat meat, I prefer lean meat or fish only. No more spicy chicken. But still I feel I need to some more reasearch on food. Because sometime Iam not able to decide on what food I should take for dinner.

I am swimming, running, go to gym once a week, and diet not a killer diet, just try to eat healthy food

4 or 5 times in gym , run and lift weights !

running, balance diet and yoga twice a week makes me healthy!
