Need your help

I am in the process of paid to work site. Can you suggest how I should distribute the earnings with me and the workers who register for my site? I just need your help. Please help me.

the best way to earn is "sharing your profits" but not all like 40% because you are going to have better earnings , all the time ! share and share!
