Can you transfer fund from alertpay to paypal?

Can anyone tell me whether we can transfer fund from alertpay to paypal and how much fees alertpay charges.

I got money in Paypal and i can transfare them to your Paypal ,and you send me alertpay on my alertpay account , but you will have to pay the fees ,which is 20% , send me a message if interested .
