How to maintain my weight?

I have been losing weight since July 2010 until now I haven't reached my desire weight as I am quite a big eater. I like to snack too. Right now my healthy weight will be 53kg and I am only 55kg. If I am able to be 53kg how to maintain my weight? Do I have to do workout like I did before or should I eat how I ate now. Can I return to what I eat like I used to?

join sparkpeople.com and they help you maintain your weight, you do not need to workout as hard as you used to but you should still continue to work out. and eat healthy, if you go back to what you used to do and what you used to eat. you will end up weighing what you used to weigh. get it? losing weight is a lifestyle, not a diet. sure if you wanted to lose a few pounds for a big event thats fine to go back to how you were, but if you want to stay the same size you are now you must continue to work out and eat healthy. have your cake and desserts when u want them, just dont eat unhealthy all the time and expect to stay small.

after doing lot of search for answers i have came to conclusion you can keep weight low only when you find a way to do that which you enjoy.

istory shows tht if you go back to what you were doing before you lost the weight you will not only regain all you lost but gain even more. Diets don't work but changes in bad habits do.

Your weight right now isn't a problem at all. However, if you would like to lose two more kg, more power to you. Once you get to your goal weight, it is important for you to be active because that is one of the main ways to maintain your weight. In addition to that, you also want to make sure that you are eating a healthy diet. A little bit of snacking every now and then is not going to hurt you, but it isn't something that you should be doing all the time.

Hi! To maintain your weight, I believe in constant exercise will work for you. Do you exercise? Many people wanted to get slimmer but they refuse to exercise by giving all kind of excuses. To make it more effective, you have to control on your food diet and avoid all the rubbish foods like fries, junk food and gassy drinks.

I just lost the weight and I feel weaker now, I also think that I need to gain some weight and that is why I started eating regularly. I think it is important to take a balanced food, like including many things in your food. Include milk, eggs, salad, and beans. One can decide the menu for themselves by mixing these things in the menu, and I am sure you will gain the weight soon. I wish you good luck, please wish me back because I am also on the same track.

Congrats on your weight loss that is good. The only way to eat like you use to is to maximize burning the calories. Gets the metabolism up and burns the calories quicker. Aim for a 30 minute a day work out even at home and drink plenty of water. Keep up the great job.

I recommend continuing whatever you did to lose the weight in the first place and keep it up until you get to your goal weight. Once at your goal weight, you should find a manageable version of your diet. Good luck with your weight loss goals.

Hello friend, you want to keep your weight good as it is now? I think that healthy eating and more moving will help you for sure. I don't know how you reached that weight, may be with hard working, but i would suggest you if you can continue doing the same, to do it. May be you eat mostly healthy food. That's great because it doesn't effect only your weight but the way you feel, the quality of your skin, hair and nails. If you eat lots of vegetables and fruits, you must have perfect skin, strong hair and healthy nails, vegetables mixed with many foods help the foods to be repaired from our body easier without calories going on our stomachs our somewhere else. Keep sporting, if you do it, because that will help you to be fresh and in good mood every time, believe me. Sport is health, not only one of the ways which helps us to loose weight.
