I used to link my mother's eon card in her paypal account but it so happen it says that it is LIMITED. Then I went to the resolution center to resove the problem and comply the requirements provided. The other one is labeledd completed, the other were IN PROGRESS and the two left which were adding bank account and adding credit card- WAITING FOR RESPONSE. So, I resolved it by clicking on that and I added mom's eon debit card and it says about fees of 250php, do I need to have 250php in her eon card so that my card will be validated when linking to her paypal account? Filipino people can relate to this and hopefully you will help me with this one..I've been suffering from the low exchange to those who used to buy paypal funds. Happy earning to you all! ^^
