A sense of optimism did not come just like that. Moreover, if every day you are always complaining and not trying to bring positive thoughts. Do not let trapped in the sense of pessimism, and optimism instead grow in the following way.
- Perspective problem
Pessimistic people view a problem from the point of permanent and excessive. In fact, there is no problem that will not be completed. Moreover, most problems are not permanent in nature and a sense of pessimism makes you forget about it.
- Use appropriate language
Pessimistic nature tends to make someone choose the word hyperbole when facing a small problem. Like when stuck in traffic, you may call it hell or disaster. The selection of this word will make the mind more and more stress. For more feel optimistic, try to choose words that correspond with the state to describe the problems faced. Not with excessive depictions.

Being an optimist is all about your mind edge, how you look at things and how you deal with circumstances. It actually is a life skill that can transform the way in which you live for the better. The way in which you think things through has been established to determine how you act on them. The reason is that if you think more positive optimistic thoughts you are more likely too be happier and obtain the result you want. Being an optimistic person is all about the way you think, if you constantly think positive thoughts then it’s more likely that something positive is going to happen. In the same way if you think negatively something negative is more likely to happen.

Yes. You're right. Some people are just like that, reacting too much on just a small problem. For me to be optimistic I'm just enjoying my life through seeing the advantages of the things that happen to me and I always look at the problem as blessing in disguise. I also read books about positive thinking and apply it everyday.
