Do you stay up to late?

I know sometimes we have to stay up to late to finish some urgent matters. That is ok. But I have the bad habit of staying up to late even I needn't. When I get home , it is about 20:00, and I will spent some time on the Internet and then go to sleep. Usually, I won't go to bed until it is about 24:00. Even if I feel very tied and sleepy, I also cannot help staying up to late. I will watch movies or just have nothing to do on the Internet. I really cannot make myself go to bed early to have a good rest. So I usually feel so tied the next day that I really don't get up. I have had this habit since I was a little boy. I used to stay up to late to watch TV when both of my parents were not in. If they were at home, I would turn on the TV without sound afterr they have gone to sleep. I know it is bad for my health if I always stay up to late, but I really cannot quit the bad habit. Do you have any good ways? or do you often stay up to late ?

i don't. I think most of the time even if i want to stay up too late, i just can't anymore. its been really tiring for me these days, especially now that i spend a lot of time at work, thinking... he he so that is why maybe i needed my sleep more than ever.

I stay up late everyday and get about 2-5 hours a sleep. I'm use to it and I don't believe I will stop anytime soon.

hello,
I am working at night,so i stayed late at night till 9 in the morning.
It's really bad for health if you do not have enough sleep and you keep that bad habit.
I sleep 7-8 hours during the day after shift to cover up the sleepless night.
If you have insomnia,you can take food supplement to make your immune system stronger.
You can take grapeseed oil,it's very good for your heart and also for blood circulation.
Since i am working at night and sleep in a day,i always take up vitamin C and some evening primrose to enhance memory.
Also eating fresh fruit is very essential for people who doesn't have enough sleep.
Try to have some exercise before going to bed,just to make you tired and drink milk and eat banana,it's a good downer.

No I am normally in bed by ten o' clock in the evening. Sometimes a lot earlier. I think that I have to get up by five in the morning to get everything that I need to do done does factor a lot into this. I really do get a lot of sleep that way. Still early to bed and then early to rise, that is something that really makes my life so much easier.

Me too I always liked to stay up late. I am kind of a night person, I feel so ambitious at nights and I can concentrate and study better at night as compared to mornings, but when I had a morning job,I used to sleep at 11.00 pm, never late, because I had to get up early, I believe you should follow the following rules if you want to get up early
Do not take an afternoon nap
Get a morning job
Get up early one day(only two hours early) and you might feel sleepy at night.

I am a night person. I really really stay up late even until morning. One time, i enjoyed working with pixprofit and never noticed the time that it was alread 4 in the morning. I don't usually sleep early during the night. I love working while evryone in the house was quiet.
