If you need vitamin A, you can have some liver, carrots, dark green vegetables , fish liver oil, eggs, butter and margarine. If you lack of vitamin B complex, you can have some milk,meat ,fish , fruit and vegetables, cereals ,eggs and nuts. If you lack of iron, please have some meat, liver, eggs, dark green vegetables, peas , beans, dried fruit and so on.
